James Warren DeCosse filed a petition for dissolution of his marriage to Dorothy Ann DeCosse in the District Court for the Eighteenth Judicial District in Gallatin County. Following a nonjury trial, the District Court entered its decree and judgment, in which it dissolved the parties' marriage and divided their marital assets.
