The state appeals the trial court's order granting Jonathan Morales' motion to dismiss the information filed against him. We affirm.

Morales and Freddy Vilchez were charged by information with fraudulent use of a driver's license in violation of section 322.212(5) and (6), Florida Statutes (1995).
