This is an appeal by Morteza Shamsnia, plaintiff-appellant, from an adverse judgment in this automobile rear-end collision case. The jury found that Maxine Barrocas, defendant-appellee, was negligent in running into the rear of plaintiff's car, but further found that the accident was not the cause of plaintiff's lower back problems.
