A.E. has petitioned for extraordinary relief, requesting that this court order the juvenile court to hold a twelve-month dispositional review hearing. Through his counsel, the Honorable Arthur Christean argues that the juvenile court has the right to promote judicial economy in certain circumstances and thus, that it may combine a termination of parental rights and a dispositional review hearing.
