DUFRESNE, Judge.
This is an appeal by Michael P. Vetra, plaintiff-appellant, from a summary judgment in favor of Jefferson Parish Sheriff Harry Lee, defendant-appellee, in this third-party intentional tort action. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
