In this case, plaintiff Andrew S. Prousi (hereinafter "Prousi") has brought warranty claims against defendants Cruisers, a Division of KCS International, Inc. ("Cruisers") and Crusader Marine Engines ("Crusader") in connection with plaintiff's purchase of a yacht manufactured by defendant Cruisers. Cruisers has moved for summary judgment.1
