Malcom Goodner brings this direct appeal of his convictions for dealing in cocaine, a class A felony1; possession of cocaine, a class C felony2; and the finding that he is a habitual offender. The court merged Goodner's two cocaine convictions, sentencing him to thirty-five years for dealing in cocaine and adding thirty years for the habitual finding.
