Following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before Chief Judge Charles P. Sifton, Sergio Eulogio Londono was convicted of conspiracy to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). He was sentenced under 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A) to 121 months imprisonment. Londono appeals from his conviction and sentence on various grounds, all but one of which...
