Plaintiff, Shell Oil Company (hereinafter "Shell"), in this consolidated appeal, challenges a grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Hollywood Marine, Inc. (hereinafter "Hollywood"), dismissing Shell's suit against Hollywood, and a grant of summary judgment in favor of the comprehensive liability insurers of Hollywood (hereinafter collectively referred to as "C.G.L.
