DAUPHINOT, Justice.

Appellant Howard Tyler was convicted by a jury of the offense of indecency with a child upon his plea of not guilty in this cause and acquitted of indecency with a second child. The judge sentenced him to ten years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Imposition of sentence was suspended for a period of ten years and Appellant was placed on community supervision. Appellant appeals...
