In a comprehensive, thoughtful and meticulous judgment, the juvenile court1 terminated the parental rights of the mother and father of R__ L__ K__ ("Daughter") and C__ A__ K__ ("Son"). The father, E__ L__ K__ ("Father") appeals; the mother does not. This opinion is confined to the law and evidence pertinent to Father's claim of error.
