FEDERICO G. HINOJOSA, Jr., Justice.

This is a negligence and product liability case. Appellee, Roger Cisneros, sued appellant, Dico Tire, Inc., for injuries he sustained when a tire exploded as he was repairing it. After the jury found that a design defect, a manufacturing defect, and Dico's negligence caused appellee's injuries, the trial court rendered judgment against Dico in the amount of $243,247.65, plus prejudgment and postjudgment interest...
