OPINION

PER CURIAM.

After a plea of not guilty, appellant Marty Lee Hines was convicted by a jury of driving while intoxicated. Punishment was assessed at fifteen days in the Tarrant County Jail, a fine of $450, and suspension of appellant's driver's license for a period of ninety days. On appeal, appellant raises a single point of error claiming that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for new trial. We disagree and affirm.
