HARDBERGER, Chief Justice.

The relators, Jose Luis Acevedo and Lili Araceli Acevedo (the "Acevedos"), seek mandamus relief from an order disqualifying Philip G. Bernal ("Bernal") from representing the Acevedos in an action against Walter Evans ("Evans"). We conclude that the trial court abused its discretion in disqualifying Bernal based on the disqualification of the other attorneys in Bernal's law firm due to their status as potential witnesses...
