Anthony David Alexander appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI). Appellant's only point of error is that the trial court erred in refusing to allow appellant to cross-examine the arresting officer, who was the State's sole witness, regarding a departmental directive establishing quotas for DWI arrests that was in place at the time of his arrest.
