PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Warren Miles Bondurant, was found guilty of the offense of murder. A jury assessed his punishment at fifty years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The appellant perfected his appeal and in two points, he complains of evidentiary rulings made by the court. The appellant contends in point number one that the court erred in overruling his objection to certain hearsay statements...
