This is an appeal by the respondent father from the judgment of the trial court terminating his parental rights with respect to his son. The respondent claims that the trial court (1) was too restrictive in its consideration of the evidence of interest, concern or responsibility for the welfare of the child, (2) was incorrect when it found that reasonable efforts toward reunification had been fostered by the department of children...
