Husband appeals from an amended judgment of dissolution, assigning error to the trial court's granting of wife's motion to amend judgment under ORCP 71 C. We review for abuse of discretion, Weaver and Weaver, 119 Or.App. 478, 481, 851 P.2d 629 (1993), and reverse and remand.
