KINKEADE, Justice.

Roger Reames, et al., appeal a summary judgment granted in this personal injury action in favor of Hawthorne-Seving, Inc. and Grubb Construction, Inc. based on a statute of repose requiring that certain suits against one who constructs an improvement to real property be brought within ten years after the construction of the improvement.
