PER CURIAM.

Michael Eugene Sheridan appeals his convictions for the offenses of felony driving while intoxicated and failure to stop and render aid. Sheridan pleaded guilty to the DWI offense and not guilty to the charge of failure to stop and render aid. The jury found him guilty of both charges.
