OPINION

HARDBERGER, Chief Justice.

This is a forcible entry and detainer action. Following a trial to the court, the trial judge entered a judgment awarding possession of the property to the Housing Authority and ordering Felipe and Estela Hinojosa to deliver possession of the property to the Housing Authority. On original submission to this court, the Hinojosas contended in two points of error that the trial court erred in(1) finding
