ROSS, Justice.

Bennie Fultz appeals from his convictions for the offenses of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. Trial was to a jury. The court sentenced the appellant to twenty-five years' confinement for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child and assessed ten years' confinement, probated, for the offense of indecency with a child.
