Sidney Soren Scott, Petitioner, was tried by jury in the District Court of McIntosh County, Case No. F-90-34, before the Honorable J.M. LeMasters, Jr., Associate District Judge, and convicted of Murder in the first degree1 for the death of Henry Mattocks.2
