This is an appeal from the granting of two summary judgments based on a ten-year statute of repose. Appellees, Western Steel Company ("Western") and Braselton Construction Company ("Braselton"), were subcontractors hired by appellants, Robert Frank Gordon and Port Royal Development Corporation ("Gordon" and "Port Royal," respectively).
