In case number 96-2425, the city of Jacksonville (city) appeals from a final judgment entered after a jury verdict in an eminent domain case. The city asserts that opposing counsel committed violations of rule 4-3.4, Rules of Professional Conduct of The Florida Bar, which constituted fundamental error.
