This is an appeal by the state of an order granting a motion to suppress evidence. § 547.200, RSMo 1994. The trial court granted the motion of Anthony Lee Parish (defendant) to suppress all items of physical evidence seized in connection with the operation of a drug checkpoint by the Sheriff of Phelps County.
