Plaintiff Ambrose is an employee of Perdue Farms ("Perdue"). Plaintiff was seriously injured in an accident involving an Eagle vertical reciprocating conveyor ("VRC") that was manufactured by Raynor Corp., a subcontractor of Southworth Inc. ("SI").
