The present case calls upon this Court to determine whether Ellen Lackey, defrauded by a trustee of hundreds of thousands of dollars in trust property, may properly attach the proceeds of a life insurance policy purchased by said trustee at least partly with trust property and paid unto the beneficiaries of said policy. The Chancellor ruled that Ellen could recover the premiums paid with stolen property...
