This is an appeal from the circuit court's affirmation of three variances granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of St. Joseph, Missouri, in favor of respondent landowners, Roy and Vickie Couch. The Couchs sought the variances in order to build a storage building on a vacant lot and store various vehicles and equipment in it.1 Klawuhn presents three issues for our consideration...
