Appellant, Marjoe Lee Tate, was found guilty at a trial before a jury of aggravated robbery. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 29.03 (Vernon 1994).1 The court assessed punishment at twenty years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
