Having pled guilty to first-degree sexual assault and kidnapping, appellant attempted to withdraw those pleas claiming they were vitiated by the district court's misstatement during arraignment of potential penalties attendant upon conviction. Rebuffed in that motion to withdraw and the appeal thereof, Bird v. State, 901 P.2d 1123 (Wyo.1995) (Bird I), appellant now reaches further back in time...
