POWERS, Justice.

Individually and as next friends of their minor children, Sean and Sandra Nash appeal from a summary judgment recovered by Janise White, Raul Quintero, and Douglas Wayne Perry ("defendants") in the Nashes' action against them averring causes of action for negligence. We will affirm the judgment in part and reverse the judgment in another part, remanding to the trial court the part reversed.
