Teresa Stilson seeks review of a circuit court order affirming a county court judgment. Although we conclude that the county court incorrectly granted summary judgment on this personal injury protection (PIP) coverage claim, we lack the authority to correct the county court's error because the circuit court's affirmance without a written opinion did not violate a "clearly established principle of law resulting in a miscarriage of justice."
