This is an appeal from the dismissal of appellant's motion for contempt based on a finding that her claim was barred by the statute of limitations. For reversal, appellant contends that the trial court erred in applying the five-year statute of limitations applicable to written contracts to a provision in a property settlement agreement that was incorporated into a decree of divorce.
