Appellant Kevin Eugene Elliott appeals the trial court's denial of his pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus. In two points of error, he complains that (1) the trial court abused its discretion in ordering, as a condition of his bond, that an interlock device be installed in his automobile; and (2) that article 17.441 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which authorizes the device, is unconstitutional.
