CRABTREE, Judge.
Appellants Lavenia and Roderick McGuire, mother and son, appeal the order of the probate court denying their motion to set aside the court's order approving settlement of a wrongful death claim and authorizing attorney's fees in the amount of thirty percent of the settlement amount. Finding no error, we affirm.
