Following a trial in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, a jury returned a verdict finding appellant, Otis Edwards, guilty of child endangering, a violation of R.C. 2919.22(B)(2), on June 2, 1995. The trial court accepted the verdict of the jury in a judgment entry filed on June 21, 1995.
