Mayberry appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brodrick, J.) affirming his conviction for assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 207 (Class D) (1983 & Supp.1996), entered in the District Court (Portland, MacNichol, J.) following a trial.
