The State charged Michelle Colon (Colon) with selling methamphetamine to narcotics investigator Robert Meyers (Meyers) on two occasions. In both transactions, Meyers requested the drugs, Colon took the money from Meyers, procured the drugs from her source, and gave the drugs to Meyers.
