We granted relator's application to review the denial of his motion for a new trial on grounds of newly discovered evidence which, relator argues, serves as the litmus test of the victim's credibility at trial. The trial court denied the motion on grounds that "the jury believed [the victim's] story about what happened," and the court of appeal affirmed upon finding that the evidence, consisting of the victim's employment...
