Elden Gebaroff, Jr. was convicted on stipulated facts of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He appeals the trial court's denial of a pretrial motion to suppress evidence, contending that a search warrant lacked probable cause for issuance. We agree and reverse.

On September 2, 1994, a Grays Harbor district court judge issued a warrant to search the following:
