[¶ 1] Patricia Lawton and Rebecca Dionne (Lawton) appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Somerset County, Kravchuk, J.) in favor of Carol C. Richmond and Brian R. Richmond following a non-jury trial on the Lawton complaint and the Richmonds' counterclaim based on a dispute as to the location of the back boundary line of property owned by the Richmonds.1
