QUINN, Justice.

Timothy Gaylord Means, appellant, appeals his conviction for aggravated sexual assault. Six points of error are asserted which purportedly entitle him to a reversal. The points can be divided into three groups, however. The first involves the court's failure to conduct a hearing to determine appellant's competency, the second, its failure to submit a purportedly lesser included offense, and the third, its failure to submit a proper instruction on probation...
