This matter is before the Court on defendants' motion to dismiss certain Counts of the Amended Verified Complaint for failure to state claims upon which relief can be granted. For the reasons stated herein, the Court GRANTS the motion to dismiss the Lanham Act claim of Count 21 and takes under advisement the motion to dismiss the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") claims...
