FRANKS, Judge.

In this declaratory judgment action, the Chancellor concluded that defendant could lawfully limit to five years, the credit for prior teaching experience of newly-employed teachers, and determined that defendant had complied with the collective bargaining agreement with plaintiff in setting teachers' salaries.
