Michael Paul Dale Sinclair was convicted after a jury trial of knowingly making a false declaration before the court in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623 and of conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. He argues that the district court: (1) erred in denying his motion for a new trial on the basis of newly discovered evidence; (2) made inadequate findings before admitting out-of-court statements...
