Amberis David Silcox ("Husband") and Sara Beth Silcox ("Wife") were married on September 19, 1980. Wife filed a petition for dissolution of marriage on November 22, 1993. David Amberis Silcox, Jr. ("Junior"), Husband's son from a previous marriage, intervened because of his interest in some of the property which was subject to division in the proceeding.
