Plaintiff-appellant Emmeth Sealey, a prisoner in the custody of the New York State Department of Correctional Services ("DOCS"), complains of alleged due process violations surrounding his confinement to the Special Housing Unit ("SHU") at the Auburn Correctional Facility ("Auburn") between March 30, 1990, and August 29, 1990.
