This case arose originally under Section 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1140. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Section 502 of ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1132(e) and under 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
