This is an appeal of a judgment in a case which arose from the collision between an automobile driven by Appellee, Shannon Jackson ("Jackson"), and a horse being pastured by Appellant, Naomi Gibbs ("Gibbs"). On August 9, 1992, Jackson was driving her automobile on Farm-to-Market Road 49 in rural Upshur County, Texas, and collided with the horse.
